Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) Chapter 147

By enacting legislation that became Chapter 147 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, the Kentucky General Assembly and Governor Bert T. Combs set in motion the creation of the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Council and Area Planning Commission in 1961. The provisions of these statutes guide the Council’s and Commission’s actions to this day.
